Social Media Manager (all genders), mini-job or part-time<\/h1>

Real estate is built on trust, visibility and good communication. This is where you come in: we are looking for a Social Media Manager (all genders) to manage our digital channels, plan content, create posts and present AugustA Immobilien online in an authentic, professional and approachable way.<\/p>\n

Do you have a good feel for language, images, trends and audiences? Do you know how to prepare content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other channels? We would love to hear from you.<\/p>\n

The role is initially available on a mini-job or part-time basis and is ideal for people who want flexible working hours, already have experience in social media or would like to develop their skills in this area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Your responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

As our Social Media Manager (all genders), you will support us in planning, creating and publishing our social media content. This is not about loud advertising language, but about genuine insights, helpful information and a professional presentation of our work in real estate.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n

  • Planning and creating social media posts<\/li>\n
  • Managing our channels, especially Instagram, Facebook and, where appropriate, LinkedIn<\/li>\n
  • Writing short, clear and engaging copy<\/li>\n
  • Selecting and preparing images, Reels and short-form videos<\/li>\n
  • Developing simple content ideas about real estate, homes, selling, buying and renting<\/li>\n
  • Supporting the creation of market reports, guides and news content<\/li>\n
  • Keeping up with relevant trends in real estate and social media<\/li>\n
  • Coordinating content with our team<\/li>\n
  • Optional: Creating simple graphics using Canva or similar tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    You don’t have to be perfect at everything. What matters to us is that you have a good feel for communication, work reliably and are keen to help shape our brand online.<\/p>\n

    Ideally, you will have:<\/p>\n

    • Experience using Instagram, Facebook and\/or LinkedIn<\/li>\n
    • A good feel for language and strong spelling skills<\/li>\n
    • An eye for images, layouts and clear content<\/li>\n
    • An interest in real estate, homes, architecture or regional markets<\/li>\n
    • The ability to work independently, in a structured way and reliably<\/li>\n
    • Creativity without over-the-top advertising language<\/li>\n
    • Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar tools<\/li>\n
    • A willingness to learn about real estate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
