Anyone who works with property every day knows that it is a field with many facets.
Between the fundamental need for a home and property as a luxury, between social and purely economic, cultural and political interests, SPACE opens up—both literally and symbolically. We have been working in this SPACE for more than 40 years. It calls for perspective, intuition and an awareness of how to balance the different forces at play—which can, of course, pull in opposite directions.
